The Annual Parish Meeting is NOT a Town Council meeting (although the Chair or Vice Chair must preside if one or the other are present), but a meeting of the electors of the Parish of Halesworth.

Typically, these meetings are not well-attended, so Halesworth TC has decided to make it part of a wider community event (keeping the boring, but important stuff to a minimum). It's an occasion to meet and enjoy what Halesworth has to offer, not just in terms of amenities but also the very many voluntary groups that make the Town what it is.
