The Teen Shelter is located near to the basket ball courts in the Town Park.

The Town Council would like to thank the young artists of the James Holloway Youth Fund for making our town centre look so cheerful and welcoming. Residents have let us know how much they appreciate the wonderful colours and the intriguing designs.

The whole process was thorough, carefully thought through, and very creative and imaginative. Halesworth has unique pieces of art on its streets which will attract visitors and lift everyone's spirits.

The majority of this project has been grant funded with HTC covering the costs for the bollard prep work by a local contractor.

Visit Halesworth

Halesworth is an historic Market Town, Richard de Argentein obtained it's Market Charter in 1223 from King Henry III for the price of two palfreys (small horses). It has a wealth of interesting historical buildings and independent local shops and places to eat, a park and nearby open countryside, and a welcoming community atmosphere, why not pay us a visit?
